Exactly, a weapon with a +15% dmg while enchanted will do you no good if you are not using enchantments, but will be good for a wa/mo that does. Likewise you want mods that reflect your build as well.

Doesnt say much.... as DeanBB said, a +15% dmg while enchanted sword will do you NO good if you have no enchantments. If your more offence you could take pommel of fortitude over pommel of defence, etc.

You need to unlock as many skills as possible for warrior (probably monk too, since that's your second profession....); then decide on what weapon you want to use.
As far as weapons/shields, that all depends on what you want to use. I've seen great warriors using axes, swords, and hammers, so it depends on what you want your style of fighting to be.
There is no 1 great warrior set of weapon/shields; they all give a benefit to you depending on your build...

It depends upon the intended application of the build. If you're going to be farming and always have an enchantment up and always have a stance up, something like -2 Dmg while in stance/-2 Dmg while enchanted shield would be perfect. If you're pvping, it varies what you'd want to use. There are NO best weapons/shields/whatever. It varies depending on what you're using it in.

Enchantment mods are only any use to "Mending" Warriors. I was one too once before finding that armour increasing skills work alot better. Why try to recover from damage when you can prevent it? I personally go for "in stance" mods and spam flurry with a zealous sword. I've seen people use rush for their stance.

there is no "best" weapon, it all depends on the modifications a weapon has and the build you use. for example: a perfect sword would be 15-22damage, +15%^50, 10/10 sundering, and +30hp. it varies with all weapons!

Yes, it is situational, but it's safe to say that the situations where sundering is 'perfect' are so uncommon they may as well not exist.

THERE IS NO BEST/ULTIMATE/UBER/SUPER/ULTRA WEAPONS IN GW!!! ZERO ZILCH/NEIN/0/CERO/NILL/NULL!!!
Argh im bloody sick of these "hi wot best wepon? lolz" threads on this forum and others. It all depends on your setup as your uber godly 15 enchanted weapon isnt going to be godly anymore if you arent using enchantments.
